Our limited warranty is a four-part guarantee with the following specific additional stipulations:

Your limited lifetime warranty from Lloyd's Collision & Paint Center covers any defective workmanship, welding, and our application of collision repair materials. It also guards against all the following damages:

• Cracking
• Deterioration
• Flaking
• Pitting

At our discretion, we will repaint or repair any metalwork covered by our warranty.

We guarantee painting and painting-related priming with a five-year limited warranty that guards against the following:

• Blistering
• Excessive loss of pigmentation
• Hazing
• Peeling

Additionally, we guarantee the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals with a one-year limited warranty. However, this excludes any defects that are due extreme environmental conditions that may have damaged your vehicle's paint. At our discretion, we will remedy the situation by re-priming, repainting, or re-decaling any sections of your vehicle covered by our warranty. Our paint warranty is valid only when our own technicians apply paint over the original factory finish of your vehicle, which is free from any defects.

We provide a one-year limited warranty that covers all mechanical repairs that were related specifically to the original collision damage. Our warranty excludes the following car parts and systems:

• Air conditioning
• Any electrical assemblies or components
• Suspension

At our discretion, Lloyd's Collision & Paint Center will re-repair any mechanical component or assembly which is covered by our warranty.

We guarantee that all parts and materials our technicians use in your repairs are of the highest quality. All parts or materials are subject to the warranties of their manufacturer or supplier. If a claim on the supplier’s warranty is necessary, Lloyd's Collision & Paint Center will assist you in the handling of this claim. We guarantee that we'll never install used parts or parts other than OEM (original equipment manufacturer) without your specific authorization given on your repair order.
